The good: Kowal 5.07, Eudaimonia 5.52, Avon 5.21, Elmstead 5.12, Moroos 4.93
The bad: Blitzkrieg -2.36, Universitatea -2.79, Oakley -2.04, Welling -2.38, Maidenhead -2.41, Warta -2.32, Internazionlle -1.76 and Newport -3.85 (now 5th worst score of the season)

Newport is the only team that didn't manage a single positive score this season. Come on, Spit, get the first plus in!

Noticeable drop compared with the last season: Stiffs, Blitzkrieg, Anfield, Legia, Navua and probably more I am missing right now.

Yep, Colne scored a positive but on the 3 points foundation as they lost. Aubergine scored great (4.46) considering they only got a draw. But that's because the rating deficit was 11.5 vs Internazionlle.

Crikey... has anyone got a tactics manual going spare :)

That 5-2-1-2 that everyone seems to love is nothing but a coin-flip formation. They bomb passes from deep, you bomb passes from deep and whoever has the best luck wins. It's gained an undeserved reputation because sometimes the weaker team wins. In this case I'm guessing Swamp Monsters just blocked every channel and you had no way through.

Try to support your strikers a bit more. Make it a 4-1-3-2. With 3 mids pushing the ball to them. (this is my best experience so far, I don't pretend it's the best formation)

Oh, wait, I just noticed you played Swamp. Their tactic can make anyone scratch their head. I'm with you on this and I understand better why you started doubting your tactics lol. I was the same after playing against them. I won the last games vs them but I couldn't explain anything after the game :))))
