Asunto: [NT] adaca

I want to inform early i will put my head up for Election, for at least 3 seasons if all end well and I get elected.

I have over 20 seasons of nt experience, mainly with the two danish nts. But also 3 seasons with Scotland, where we qualified for wc and ended 7th place at euros beating teams like italia and ceska republica. At My experience from Denmark i mostly qualified, and have the Best world cup result for both seniors and u21.

I am very experienced with the nt setup as you can hear, but I am also the communicative type that listens to the community.

Also ive beaten polska with u21 Denmark in qualifications and in wc with seniors within the last 10 seasons xD

Is this for the full NT role or the U21 role? I would genuinely like Camus to have a further 3 seasons with the u21's, I believe he's come in half way through a campaign, he does an outstanding job and this season was all about learning for him. I certainly would encourage for you to run the full NT alongside him running the u21 as I feel you'd work well together if needed.

For the senior nt of course. Im announcing it upon the latest result vs Chile which means it will problably just be friendlies next season and Antos already proclaimed he steps down.

The comment about Camus is that i feel the energy and vibe towards the u21 and want to be a part of getting the seniors to same level

There's very little I can actually do to help the full national team besides filtering through the players. Once they're past 21 I can't scout them properly and their training is mostly done, even if they should be trained until turning at least 25.

Whoever takes over the NT needs to do a complete evaluation and refresh of the squad.
Use my 28+12 method, clear out the old players if there is a younger alternative, grab them. It would benefit us to try and fix that black hole that exists after players are done with the U-21 squad. We don't need 40 players aged near or over 30.

I might look into creating some kind of database for the full NT but it certainly won't be as complete as the U-21 version. Best I could do is hand it over and let the NT manager fill it in.

You have my vote mate... it's a shame antos hasn't had the time and the luck to have the successful season we had all hoped for...but I'm sure he will be back at somepoint ;)

Only if you Are at point with points in qualifications you Are allowed to play younger players versus the easy opponents, and in friendlies only the results counts since there is No trainining. But I usually plan a lot of u/27 friendlies. Its a shame there is not training bonus in all matches if you ask me.

But of course monitoring the next generation is important and asking the managers about training if you need something specific.

But also an important aspekt is to secure training for the players age 26-29. To get them to the last step that makes them perform.
So i would be very active with mails.

Usually in Denmark there was room for all prospects in squad as the depth of the squad was very narrow and No need for a huge database. Here in England i would have to change that approach especially with database work, but I think the squad would be used mostly to monitor form changes, as i guess there would be enough old players better then the young ones, just in bad form
