What teams are refusing to show skills of their players? I hope there are no English teams refusing to show the skills?

The players skills are shown to the NT coaches by default. It takes an action from users to hide them. Can you not ask the managers about their reasons? Although, personally, I can't think of other reasons than childish spite.

I don't understand why sokker made this feature optional, btw.

I spoke to Triglio and I will respect his wish of not naming these users.

That doesn't mean that I respect the users for doing what they're doing. I really want to know their reasons.

By the way, @camus, is this the case for you too?

I know 2 of them. I will be approaching both separately via SK mail. We should all be trying to assist the community and improving the English NT, it's what we play in after all.

We have a small community on here as it is. If we have to put up with this sort of childish behaviour, we have no chance.

I have messaged one separately now and I hope I will make the case for them to be more considerate to the England community. I am quite shocked at both, and if I don't succeed then I will name and shame if necessary and it will be quite a shock. However, until then I would like to think that they will see sense and support us like all Ex NT Managers have been supported by us.

At first I had probably 10 players from the WHOLE BASE with skills hidden, I wrote to all of these people. A few of them showed skills - and a few I knew were unsuitable. There is currently one def(probably still has skills hidden) who is good.... But unfortunately I have not seen his skills.

My guess is that they just don't want their player to play NT.
This season is different, friendly's don't affect the player - so this could be a good start to talking to these people.

I think this should be addressed by the game moderators/developers. I really can't see why they made this feature optional. I understand that not everyone is happy to let their players go to NT. But it should be a rule of "tough s**t, my friend". It's a flipping game after all.

Always trying to put yourself in the place of such people.... and I understand them. What advantages do you have for your player to play in the NT? Hardly any apart from training, which is probably more necessary for U21 players.

I understand it's just a game and he's just a ‘player’ but when you want to achieve something with your club, sometimes an injury like that in the NT can spoil your plans :-)
