Hello,
my name is Nedyalko and I'm 41 years old. I am from Bulgaria, father of two beautiful girls. I have been a fan of Milan and Levski Sofia all my life.

I've been in the game since 2006, leading the Bulgarian national men's team and the U21 team. It was only three seasons ago that I decided to seek the challenge of leading a foreign national team. I led Venezuela and brought them bronze at the last World Championships.

I think England not only deserve to be at a World Cup but to be in the medal battle. I believe I am the man to do it.
Over time I've played with a lot of different tactics - from 6-2-2, we go through 5-3-2, 5-3-2 with a winger, 5-4-1 with two wingers and we get to 4-2-4 . I try to prepare individually for each opponent and of course according to the players I have.

My desire is to run for 3+2 seasons. In the next one I will work on a squad to qualify for the World Cup and run it, and tactics to do it. Second season qualifiers and third season world cup (England will be there). If you are happy with my work I would be honoured to continue to lead England.

I think you have to keep your man's word and I don't make promises I can't keep - what I can promise is , I will work hard and give it my all!

What are you favoured tactics? It’s been a busy weekend :)

It's busy for all of us.. yesterday I was at work all day and for that I dropped my application late...

I like to play with 5 defenders and press very high sometimes. I also like to experiment, 541 with two wingers was a strong tactic for me when I played against Bulgaria :) and although I lost the game and got a red card , I dominated the game

I love wings if I have strong ones available, I love the press, the dynamic movement of the players...

That’s interesting, I agree that wingers are very effective if strong. :)

Obviously we're coming off a disappointing season. What do you think needs to be done to change that?

Good question

Antos is a very good and proven manager and I sympathize with him, but sometimes losses make us stronger and I believe he will show it.

What I would do - I would use the season with friendly matches to clarify a squad that would attack first place in the qualifiers, according to the age of the players and the World Cup.
Tactical discipline is extremely important for certain lines, so the importance of not selling players before the qualifiers or before the World Cup will be discussed.

I will experiment with tactics, but I already have my own, which I will undoubtedly apply and refine with the players.

I will write to the players' managers for the purpose of training and preparing them (this will be more for the younger players who will be the backbone of the team after 2 or more seasons)

I think that the preparation for the World Cup, which is in 3 seasons, starts now.

I think I've seen enough...Regardless of the result, I expected a more serious attitude and attention to each candidate.

Well...after the announcement in the international forum and the call for candidates I expected more activity . I take things seriously and put my heart into what I do and look for it to be mutual:) Maybe now is not the time,for that we may work together one day. Good luck and see you again:)))
