Lost 1-0 and were pretty garbage, thought it might come as the opponents got a bit harder..

He did go 2 up. But the pressure got to him and I managed an 89th minute winner. Was an even game, not like his previous defeat which was extremely harsh though.

International Arcade Tournaments



GENERAL RULES

Only Plus users can participate.

1. 72 teams will participate in the tournament.
The tournament will take place in the UEFA Champions League format.

Score Ranking
*1-8 > Direct Round of 16
*9-24 > Qualifying Round
*25-36 > Eliminated

2. Teams participating in the tournament will be required to have a minimum rating of 60.
Team ratings will be displayed on the "Average Individual Marks" page of the leagues the teams are in. This rating will be accepted as the team's rating.

3. After the registration of 72 teams is completed, the 18 teams with the highest ratings will directly compete in the Champions League, while the 18 teams with the lowest ratings will compete in the UEFA Europa League. The remaining 36 teams will play 1 match in the "Cup System" and the 18 teams that win these matches will compete in the Champions League, while the 18 losers will compete in the UEFA Europa League.

4. According to the average rating, the teams will be divided into 4 different bags and each team will be matched with 2 teams from all bags, including the bag they are in.

5. Matches will be played on Mondays and Thursdays
Since the Champions Cup matches are played on Thursdays, the teams with a Champions Cup match will postpone their matches and play on Saturday.

6. Matches will be played for 90 minutes in LEAGUE SYSTEM format, except for the final match.

7. Round of 16, Quarter-Finals and Semi-Finals, will be played twice, home and away.
In case of a tie in the 2 matches played in the Round of 16, Quarter-Final and Semi-Final matches, 1 more match will be played and this match will be with the Cup System. The winning team will advance to the next round.

8. The final match will be a single match and will be played with the Cup System.

9. Matches will be scheduled between 18:00-22:00 sokker time

10. Any team that enters the match with a 1 vs 1 squad for any reason will be deemed to have lost 3-0.

0-3 for me. Closed the skill mark diff on this one to 7 with some new signings, but 24 shots for my opponent and only 1 for me...not great. But creating tactics is not what i'm here for.

Circus Anfield produced another thrilling show: 2 red cards and the now mandatory penalty (saved this time), a come back from 2-0 and all the rest. Elephants and clowns all over the pitch. Lovely show!

Good thing the cup game is next, 2 red carded and one injured for the next game.

My bot in the cup which was getting circa 50 ratings has been replaced with a new team. So effectively a bye into R4.

At least you had the decency to score the winner in the 70th this time! I always come away from our games thinking I should have got something out of it. Maybe next time..

I need to start nicking some points soon or I'll be heading down to III for sure. My strikers don't seem to want to shoot when through on goal this season, very odd.

I think you've deserved at least a draw each time. I can't seem to get through your defence. It certainly didn't help having my winger out injured.

Every injury I get seems to be to a trainee and it's so bloody annoying! 2 injuries tonight, but the one to Sherringham really sucks as he is coming along so nicely, and primed to be Englands strongest defender. :(

Massive game vs Aluminium now, 3 teams still with a 100% record.

Definitely, especially when I was relegated a few seasons ago by a team that then proceeded to be banned for cheating.

I still fully expect you to win. Probably more convincingly than last season.
