Anyone know a good 'formula' for the 'assistant' feature as far as setting up the stats for ATT/MID/DEF?

Yeah, the guy that ran the site quit the game and just recently came back, I believe. But I got a lot of good information from that site when I started.
I still have all the data from the site, I just never owned the domain, forestman from England does.
