I am trying to determine what skill this guy has, but none of the translator makes sense of it.

I know very well these funny translations ;)

I have 'scouted' all the U21 players in the Major League, and also A1, A2, A3, and A4 leagues.
I should have contacted each manager who has a U21 prospect.

If you are a manager of one of these teams and have a good U21 prospect and I have not contacted you, please let me know of them.

also, I you know of any really good players that are not on the U21 team, please let me know.

Rundown on talent.
Keepers
have a couple of really good 21 and 20 year old, and one 19 year old

Defenders
have 4-6 good 21 year olds and 4 good 20 year olds

Midfielders
thin here
have 3 21 year olds
have 3 20 year olds
have 1 19 year old

strikers
thin here
have 1 really good 21 year old
have 2 OK 21 year olds
have 4 ok 20 year olds, however talent of 20 year olds drops off badly

Unfortunately, all my players are foreigners :)... And 21+... Cannot help the U21 team. I have an (incredible [13]) 19 year old player coming out from my youth in 7 weeks. Maybe he will help! :).

First he will get some defender training.
But also pace, technique, passing and playmaker will be trained.

I hope you train him well. I know I didn't have the capabilities on my team.

i was in on him for a lot. but i can't see you getting that 5mil back for him. even premier defenders rarely earn that much.

Probably will train him until he is 27y.
Just want to train him into a great player, money is not important now.
