Asunto: [U21]l-zsolt

Hi
My name is László Zsolt, i'm a 40 y.o. hungarian nationality user from Romania.
I play this game from 2007, sence 2009 i am promoter of Hungary, mentored by some of past sokker legends like Jurkasz(Hun) or anaconda(RO) and friends with a large number of important sk users, between them:ale70, majti_orion, MatzeG, Lorre, Woody, borkos007 or AAAlin.
Actually i manage the Australia U21 team that i got for last two U21 World Cups, even if we had only 40-43 users, mostly without junior school.
Before the australian periode i managed the bigger U21 squad of Hungary(and i got them to for WC, after just 8 rounds we had qualified).
There i losed just 2 official matches in 2 seasons, using more than 70 players, mostly U20 in friendlies, making the way for actual bronze medalist team.
So, i was there on the last 3 U21 WC and i try now my work for your young NT, maybe i could lead this young players to for a WC.
The NT is'nt mine team, i need community's help to we get a group of users with same interest:to get the young USA team into the better U21 teams for next seasons, where could be with work and trainings.

I makes a first job here and i find some interesting players for U21 that was'nt got into squad.

My biggest victorys in my NT career(against higher ranked teams):

NT Japan(a litle team, with just 10 users):

1-0 win with Bosnia
3-2win with Romania
3-1 win with Hungary

Australia U21(40-43 users):

1-0 win with Slovakia
3-1 win with Costa Rica
2-1 win with Hellas
1-0 win with Mexico
and most important for WC group third place:1-0 win with Cuba

Hungary U21:
4-0 win with Nederland
2-0 win with Portugal
1-0 win with Bulgaria
1-0 win with Croatia
4-3 win with England
also one of my better matches:draw 1-1 with Polska at WC group, what team goes to win the gold medal after, we was the only team that not losed with them there

But if you talks about me and the switz user, yes, i agree.

As litle kangarus coach, because of less valued players i combatted sometimes major difficulties, i used a MID as striker, because i had just one good trained and still i quaified to WC my team:D

My team was fourth valued in group, ending in second position finally.

Do you not feel bad for not having USA as first choice though?

I feel angry for spanish community, who makes me to understand, that i have no chance if i not speak their language.I dont know what they want, to work or make a talkshow there, but i goes angry for this situation, exactly the same "welcome" message that meeted Mr-Llama last season, where he wanted to lead Romania NT.
I was angry to there for romanians atitude.

I hope that you find here in the USA we don't have such an attitude simply because you can't speak the language as well. I was considering running there again but it really was offputting the way everyone blindly voted Legolas and laughed at my attempts to communicate. In my honest opinion, I don't see the Romanian NT going too far this year in the WC. You can tell Legolas doesn't quite have the tactical understanding/innovation necessary because he simply used one of the pre-made tactics (by another NT coach) like 6 games in a row and then lost a game he should've won because of it. I feel your country will vote him in once more and he will struggle to get past quarter finals or so despite having one of the best teams simply from being outcoached.


Now on to you!

A question I'm interested in hearing is how do you feel about the U21 players in this current match engine? I remember there was a game where a guy played similar skill level players in all the wrong positions and he still won because there wasn't enough skill difference at the lower skill levels, or it was very random. Do you feel this is the case? Do you find certain players are able to dominate match ups or does it seem more random?

About the engine:

ME is a program with different rules on it, with a lot of IF and he calculate anything:skills, forms, player ages, TW-ks, tactical disciplines, tactics, errors on tactics.
Random factors are programmed to, but even on real life there are so much surprises, where a good team lose.
greg makes one engine for all, not one for you, one for opponent.The same for all.
Most of users say"we wanna get back the older engine",why?
Because was more easy to win the matches with a good keeper+a good winger+ a good striker+5 defs,approximatelly 80% victory.
Now is not enough, you gonna have more good players, with multiple high skils and really good tactics to win, not just one winger tactic with 5-3-2 or 5-4-1.

Our next WCQ group:

Is'nt an easy group for us.
Italy is a big Nr one here, Uruguay is still a great team, with high valued youngs.
Others are much easyer opponents, that we gonna beat them all.
I think, we will play for second place here with Uruguay and we could qualify.
At last WCQ leading Australia i ended second with a fourth valued squad.
I knows my working style:we could make "very bad moments" here for both higher valued opponents, specially Uruguay.
First of all i gonna search most valued american guys and as i noted some posts above, i have my help to find them all.
Then i need to work hard, and i will do for this country and my dream:to take another one U21 to WC in row!
I wish i'll remain 100% qualif. U21 coach after this WCQ.
But for that, you must vote me, because i lose here, if the score of votes will be equal.
