I found some very usefull players.

If i win, i start in America for first time the most better U20 challenge, that i know , launched some seasons ago by double NT WC holder, italian user ale70 , based on trainings of young american players, that are close to be selected with benefits of USA users young players and future U21 NT to.

But please stay fair.

I surely coached more NTs than I-zsolt (over all 3 seasons Switzerland A-team, 2 seasons U21, 2 seasons Lietuva A-team, 2 seasons Hayastan NT, 2 seasons Australia NT) and don`t want to buy the votes.
-> I only saw, that the comunity here isn`t so active.
And the past showed me in many countries, that a bet-game can activate the comunity.
So this is not buying votes but waking up the comunity to have more activity in the forum.

I-zsolt surely is a good candidate too. And so the election should be fair and the candidates should fight for the votes. But "friends" from the candidates shouldn`t talk bad about the oppunent I think.

Sorry, but my opinion is you are not fair when in election time you offer price 3 month of sokker (10 $) to the winner of a tip-game, what you will organize then you win the elections... Any other, the tactics changes weekly, the prewiews and others are ok, but this is not fair.

About challenges:you offered a bettings challenge with just a single price, i offered something more:the future of this Sokker nation.
My challenge have two big deals:-to make more trainings based on talented USA young players
-to increase the numbers of USA U21 players, who will be close to national team level
You offers 3 month plus for just only one american, a material benefit, that will go in no time, i offer a challenge with benefit of future USA U21.
You know, is'nt a problem that you comes here to discussions, but make with me, prove in a decent dialogue for americans why you think, you're better than me for leading their young NT.Tell them my defeats, then leave me to tell them myself yours.
Maybe this guys wanna know more about us before they go to take their decission for their U21.

I think I like how the US does it better though. I enjoy each candidate having a thread to focus on them rather than things being all congested into one.

Sometimes i feel the same, that discussion forum is one very difficult thread for mods, in past we had lot of banned users there...
Now coming back to our WCQ group: i watched Italy vs. France.
Italy have a very strong new generation, they played like a senior team, making at beginning of season 58 marks.But new Uruguay it seems to have some squad problems.

For americans:

The campaign is close to end, the votes(or older registration) will decide soon, who will be next coach here, who gonna lead this country's young talents on future season(s).
I think, all of voted candidates are ready to make a good job here, referred to possibilities and squad level that will meet here.
We have a semi-difficult WCQ group, playing there with a strong young team of Italy and with Uruguay, beginning the matches from third pot.
Is the minim of our performance to end third, i trust on my intuitions, in my tactics, in my possibilities to end second here.
I don't like to lose official matches and i don't losed ever an official match with a no WC team.
Friendlies are another type:there we test new tactics, new players, new positions, even new generations...
I don't losed ever the qualification for a WC, even i played 3 times on WCQ.
In Japan with NT i don't played WCQ-s just friendlies.
There i was a beginner as NT coach, but still i had some notable victorys against Bosnia&Herzegovina, Romania U26 and Hungary.
Some seasons after i goes to my second country(i am double citizen:romanian and hungarian), Hungary as U21 coach, beginning my electoral campaign when 17 votes was gone to another candidates and i wins.
There i meeted a great young team, but no good strikers, i think, the worst generation in last seasons and i qualified the team for WC between first teams of world, after 8 matches we were 100% qualified!
My next country was Australia.
Dear friends, Australia U21 had weaker team like USA U21, i needed to work hard to get the litle kangaroos to WC and stil i got them, TWICE!
Last season between lot of romanian NT coachs( who worked as NT coach) just the World Champion cristidinu and i played on WC!
Now i'm here, i'm ready for young US team, i'm ready to try to lead them for next WC, will be difficult, going from third pot, but not impossible.
Soon the voting time will end, if will be draw the result, will win Andreasson(because older registration).
So, make your choices, friends and i wish, be proud of your choosed candidate after!
Good luck to all other candidates, inclussive the brazilian guy, i wish all the best for them and for this american young talents, that are waiting for his new coach.
