How to Play?
I am working on 2 different tactics. Perhaps we take much risk? Or we play defensive and wait for counter-attacks?

I didn't watch the previous game, but it looked like they kinda dominated the game (better rating, more shots and possession, but this doesn't mean anything).

You can take some risks and play with 3 defenders and 2 defensive midfielders? Maybe they'll anihilate better his central moves.

Yes, the 3 defender tactic i am thinking about.
Will not ne easy anyway... We need some luck.

It's sokker. A man needs a lot of luck :)

3 defs, but also 2 decent defensive midfielders (with high def skill, you can even use defenders on this position). Hopefully their coach is not reading this forum :)

The tactic didn`t work well. We have many important players that have weak form or injuries.

@Andreasson:What can you do now?Play more and more from now with younger players helping the next generations to be better.
As i saw Portugal, they played more seasons with U20 even U19 and now that players goes to world cup making bad season to Hungary, the bronze team of last mondial.

I am disappointed :(
We missed the Quali and we had a bad season. This is my fault.
So I am thinking about leaving the U21.
You all got me this chance and I didn`t bring the results.

So perhaps its bether to leave and give an other manager a chance to bring the USA U21 back on track.

Good job Andreasson. It's not all your fault. Our players are part of the problem too. You can only go so far with the players we've got. I'm sure you or L-zsolt are the best candidates for the position and I'll continue to support you whether you stay as NT or leave. USA appreciates your effort with our NT. Hopefully more talented juniors come out to make our NT stronger.

I will see if other managers candidate here. If there is a good Coach, he should get his chance.

I decided to go again here.
This time i'll go more quietly:no new threads, no presentations here(i dont will lose more time with that).
If someone will want me here as U21 coach, he will find me at my candidate place, where he will could read about what i makes and what i wanna make here as U21 manager.
