Andreasson [del] para Todos
I am searching players for the U-21 Team at the moment.
-> The database isn`t really full. So I started to search in lower leagues and checked "old Transfers" to find good players outside the USA.

What I saw is this:
There are many new users in A- and B-Leagues.
BUT: Quite all of them loged in 2-5 times and then left sokker!
If we want to grow, we have to help them.

My idea:
We build a Team (2-5 Person), that contact new Managers.
We write them, that sokker isn`t easy at the beginning, but we can help if they want.
-> perhaps few of them stay here. Otherwise most of the new Managers will never Login again.

What do you all think?
And: Who helps me?

yeah I'd be down to message some peeps

Wow, thanks!
Its important, that we find the "real" users.
There are many "new" Managers that loged in 4-times in few seconds and then another time few days later.
-> These user are in my eyes fake new users.

So: We should search in A- and B-League for users, that log in constantly.

@Mr-Llama: do you wanna start with A-Leagues and I start with B-Leagues?
We have to write mails to all the users, that could be "real" :)

I will write something like that:

Hi!
You decided to play sokker.
I can say you: Its the right decision.
At the beginning, sokker can be hard to understand.
So here few start-ideas:
- Start training stamina for few weeks, this raises the level of your team soon
- Buy few cheap and young players (if you Need tipps, you can ask me)
- Create a new tactic (for example 4-4-2. The start-tactics are rubbish)
If you only make these steps, your team will be stronger soon.

And how I said: Just ask if there are any questions!

Since we have a C-league now, wouldn't the new users be setup with a team in those leagues?
I don't mind helping, I log on multiple times a day because I'm OCD like that.

Yeah I think B and C league may be more the places to look. not sure A league has any new users now really?
2015-06-30 23:09:04
Ok, i started with b leagues. Do you wanna start with c?

Sure I'll take C.1-C.16 for now

Edit: Done

Thanks Mr-Llama!
I wrote few new managers too.
But until now: No answer :)

So I have 3 other ideas that we can realize really easy:

Check the transfer-list
In Switzerland we have a really easy system to find "all" strong players.
-> one Manager has to check every 48 hours the transferlist. Only search for US-players age 21 or younger.
Like that we see all the players, that change the club.
Example: I found the skills of Floyd Spurlin like that today :)

Open youth schools
I think, that many managers here don`t have a youth school.
Why? I checked many teams and their transfers in the last 12 months (to find young US-players).
And I saw, that many teams didn`t have some transfers. So = no youth school.
-> I can promise you, that a youth school is great.
For example:
I got Ramon Jost few weeks ago:
(17 years)
unsatisfactory stamina tragic keeper
solid pace adequate defender
good technique average playmaker
good passing hopeless striker

-> few managers offerd me 12mio euro!!!!!!
So: a youth school is great for a country, but also for the club.

The right training
In my only 5 days as Coach I saw the skills from a few US-Players.
And: Many of them got trained, let`s say "specially".
For example: Floyd Spurlin
->His technique skill is 4-5 steps too high. Imagine him with the skills he could have, if the manager would have trained defender, playmaker and passing...

So...
... is there a Manager, that wants to check the transferlist every 48 hours?

... is there a Manager, that wants to help me creating a Training-plan for our future stars?
(Of course: at the end, the club-manager decides, but we can "help" them to form perfect players)
