Asunto: [U21] Election

Hello American users,

I have 4 seasons under my belt managing Englands U21's, missed out by a whisker in the qualifiers :(
I have improved every season and would like to continue with you guys.

The England U21's are quite similar to the USA U21'S in size of countries users, & I will help your newer users with there junior schools if needs must.

Thank you both , i am sending out mails to all the decent USA U21 players so i can update the database, i have now scouted your Country.
I've asked a couple of users [i'll ask more] if they'd re-consider opening Junior schools.

* and been arranging friendlies of course.

I wanted to play easier teams as i am playing at least 7 x U20 players each match [even if most play 21yo's against us we should take them] to get them better for the qualifiers next season, we have to play 4 teams twice because ther wasn't anymore available.

Good idea, the U20 should be tested as much as possible.
And maybe 1-2 U19 games, towards the end of the season?

Yes i hope by then we will have more half decent 19yo's, 1 plays within the U20's for now, nearer the end of the season all 11 will be U20 with a few more 19yo's [there are no 19yo midfielders] & maybe 1 x 18yo [Pollard]

What scouting methods are you using?

Clicked on USA , you have 1 premiership and 4 division 2's, I then click on every team clciked on statistics and clicked on every player U21.

I have seen all , those that could make it 17-19yo's are in the 'observed' list , i am waiting on a few people to log in and give me there players skills for the database, their will be those that won't of course.

I wonder has Anyone got any decent 17-18yo's in their Junior schools about to come out?
