I appreciate your dedication, we don’t expect You to win every game, You have found yourself running new team in a competitive competition without a chance to get to know players and try them out in different settings. We all get it, there is no reason to be sorry, no one feels disappointed here just because of a few less than optimal results.

I believe Norbert posed his questions respectfully, making it clear with, “Don’t take my words as criticism.” Difficult questions naturally come with the territory of being an NT coach, and they can actually be constructive. They offer the coach a chance to reflect on the team's strategy and potentially consider new angles.
Ultimately, the NT coach is responsible for tactics and outcomes, but thoughtful questions can help ensure that all factors are considered. Though I’m not an NT coach, Norbert’s questions made me think about aspects I hadn’t yet considered for my team’s tactics. I appreciate his insights, as they allowed me to learn something new.
