Asunto: [NT] saturner

Greetings dear friends.

I will introduce myself, my real name is Marco and I'm from Rome, Italy. I started learning english since childood, this made my life pretty parallel to the whole anglophone people in general, and to United States too, of course.

"Land of the free, home of the brave"..so for this reason I have just renounced to the World Cup Qualification I just achieved with NT Nicaragua (after just three seasons of managing), explaining it here as a demonstration of my skills, as being a player with almost 20 years of experience in Sokker.

Explaining it with few words, when I started my adventure with Nicaragua, a nation with just 6 active users and classified 72th in the world ranking with a match rating just around 64-67, the best result achieved by this team was a 5th place in World's Cup Qualifing. The average age of the roster was around 29yo.

Now let's talk about the facts i'm bringing you today, to offer my skills to USA NT:

1° Season - 4th (out of 6 entrants teams) place in World Cup's qualify Group K
2° Season - participations in friendly U27 Tournament and qualified to elimination matches
3° Season - 2th (out of 6 entrants teams) place in World Cup's qualify Group B - Average age 27.9 yo and 71.6 top rating (new highest record for this NT) achieved - Nicaragua qualified for first time in his history to the World Cup.

I should add, for useful further informations, that this goal has been achieved playing only realistic modules and tactics, this mean I never choosed for a line of more than 4 role defender, not even any asymmetric module, like the diffused ones with the mono-winger.

When playing in 11 man the whole match, my NT didn't conceded more than 2 goals against opponents and played with a growing amount of U25 players, also with an youngest 22yo player, but still increasing its overall rating.

In addition, the goal difference was positive, despite not having more than one player with more than one skill at level 17 or more.

Last but no least, I achieved this victory with just the aid of my friend (in real life) DeddeKnight, who just aided me in observing opponent's matches, just for the pleasure to share to each other our personal opinions.

I described this qualify to my Italian community this victory as a "sport miracle", mainly to don't lose my personal modesty.
It has simply been a passionate work of dedication both tactical and managerial, fully gathering the deserved triumphs already in the third season.

New Zealand - Nicaragua 0:2

I include a pair from my own team, but please consider I dedicate almost all my available time to NT managing, rarely changing tactics to my own team.

I hope that my personal presentation would convince you about all my best wills and desires for United States NT here in Sokker.

Please consider whose could be my potential leading an NT with ten times the number of available players than before.

Infact, talking more directly to you all, I'm pretty confident that United States NT not just deserves to qualify to World Cup every year, but also to play every edition a keyrole in the competition, aiming with no limits to play the World Cup final stages very soon!

But that's not the most important thing, my intentions are to engage the whole community at its best, giving you all the motivations to follow each one of NT matches, growing passion for youngsters and potential convocations. Even forming a complete NT Staff, if there will be any volounteers for that.

Concluding, considering United States as a belovable country, my hidden dream in Sokker has been to candidate myself for leading USA NT with all my dedication and possible efforts, so I'm here to offer all my skill and availabilty for long-term.

I greet you and thank you, you should be pleased to know that I also played a couple of years to American Football in the Gladiatori Roma, the most historic american football team in my city, as well as obviously having played football for a lifetime since I was a child (I was a good goalkeeper), like most Italians of my generation. :)

Why do you leave Nicarague at the most important moment and do not want to play with her at the World Cup?

Simply because it's an exhausted route for me, after three seasons.

I just did my best there even about management, infact whoever will go to manage that NT will now have an easy route ahead. The roster is young and with very good potential, so I can be overall satisfied about the good job done.

It has been a good experience to lead Nicaragua, but about me my inner desire has ever been here in United States community than elsewhere in Sokker, so I didn't want to hesitate anymore.

I should have tried even one season ago and I don't like to have regrets. I am plently motivated to realize here the best of the best, as for results and management. :)

Infact, sure i did, but meanwhile I couldn't wait the response of a community where just only one user writes to the forum (and the only who votes), as usually replies after several days or weeks.

So, I thanked all (even the unactive other five) of them explaining I just needed to end this experience and follow my wishes. I even warned the Italian community, so experienced users could easily get the opportunity to candidate, if they wish.

About me, season's over, so all my NT duties too. Hopefully it's still a game, not a job. :)

In any case, I would like to thank those who voted for me. I thought that at least here merit was rewarded, bringing concrete and indisputable results. Evidently the results in Sokker do not matter, at least not here. An aspiring coach must probably be like a shrewd politician, with the right contacts and perhaps more sympathetic than good. I learned my lesson, but for me the competition takes place on the field, not jokes on the forums. It was nice anyway, best wishes to the whole community for the future, by the way. Goodbye.
