Asunto: Advanced Training Effectiveness

Hey everyone!! I'm trying to understand why my training effectiveness percentages are not 100%. My guys have played the full 90 minutes, but advanced training only shows a 96% effectiveness, and general training only shows 93%. Is there something else I'm missing? Do players need to play like 100 minutes each week to get full effectiveness?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
