Asunto: [NT] releme
You sound like a broken record and nothing comes of it, you still don't train any American, you won't improve the USA's position in the ranking, you would only bring them down, fortunately we won't see such a situation.
Why do you want to coach young players, if then you play friendly games with 34-year-old players? You say one thing, but in practice… you are very different. You are not what you say you are. It's boring to argue with a coach who makes up medals because he has nothing to show for it. So… goodbye!

Norbert, here's the thing. Adivip is not playing with those kids. The players he has now are mostly from before your time. From coaches Cristoph and Bryan Robson. Our U21 results were slightly better then.
Perhaps your first term kids might be in Adivip's purview now.
Moreover, the reality is most training is done by 25, 26. The foundation of every player is done by 22. That's the U21 coaches responsibility. Yours.

Unite Americans behind your nonsense?
Seriously. Every single counter-argument you've made has been to distract from your failings on the field.
- Sucking up to the voters
- "I'm active in the forum"
- using the crutch of "but I train American youth".
The reality is sokker was more popular 8-12 seasons ago, including this country. There were more junior schools, putting out more products. How can I be so sure? Norbert's predecessors produced better U21 results. Take a look here:

This is WITH Norbert having our U21 team at (for me) a good ranking in the mid 20s. I have no issues with Norbert's leadership of our U21 team. I am solely making the comparison to his predecessor for the purpose of pointing out the talent you've had, Adivip.
Adivip, you have had access to good enough players. Your results, frankly stink. Mid 40s for this team is not acceptable.
This is regardless of releme's qualifications- but suggesting he'd do worse? I find that difficult to believe when I look at the world rankings and see "powerhouses" ahead of us, such as:
- Ireland (11 users)
- Israel (15 users)
- Scotland (22 users)
- Crna Gora (9 users)
We are essentially the same ranking as Canada (13 users).
These are indisputable facts.
If people keep voting for known underachievement, that's exactly what we're going to get.

These are examples of the involvement of the NT community and coaches, thanks to which the ranking is going up, because there are more young people and they are very well trained, so we have to constantly change the mentality and approach and we all need to train players for the national team together so that no player is wasted. , as they did in the above-mentioned countries. Without the help of both NT coaches, the result will be unachievable.
Listen… the best strategy for one country may not be the best strategy for other countries, because countries are different! Can you understand that?
Training is the only strategy to improve the team, if you don't understand it, you have no business in the national teams.
Good players are not the only factor in winning a game. You also need to know how to assemble the team tactically. As for the players you are coaching… they are just a drop of water in the ocean. There are a lot of USA players to be trained, because the USA is big. Your contribution is not as great as you say it is.
Of course, 10 American players are training, which is the maximum I can, so my contribution to training is maximum, but yours is none.
If everyone who coaches American players has to be the USA coach… it will be difficult.
Your players are so young... that you have time to lose the elections, then win, lose again, win again...
My contribution is to qualify the USA for the world cup, when I have the opportunity to do so… because I am better at tactics.

It's just your opinion, I have already shown how to achieve results beyond my standards, advancing to the second league in Poland, with the Indonesian national team I won the Asian Cup, not being the favorite, and with the US national team I won 2nd place in the Gold Cup, being drawn from the second basket. Now the only thing that can help the USA is the continuous and intermittent training of national team players in order to develop the national team, not hinder it.
I won't stop anything. You are the one who is preventing the USA from succeeding. You clung to your place… and you don't want to leave, despite having already failed to qualify 3 times.
Honestly... I thought you wouldn't reapply. That's what anyone else would have done in your position.

I have a few more seasons of work with the USA national team ahead of me, filled with further successes with the national team, this is a long-term project, as I wrote earlier, you didn't need to volunteer.
USA is not your personal team. You've already missed 3 qualifications, your team is in 47th place in the rankings... the USA has very good players... and you want to be in charge of the USA for several seasons, making the Americans believe that your 10 players will be heroes?
