SUCCESS FORMULA FOR US NATIONAL TEAMS

*Each US user must open an infrastructure school.
*Each US user must allocate a certain budget to training players.
*There must be at least 15 qualified coaches in charge of the youth team. Of course, it is preferable for the coach to have 16 characteristics.
*If a player from the youth team joins the A TEAM, the head coach must have 16 qualifications and at least 3 assistants must have 15 qualifications.

Yeah I didn't understand that sentence either. Otherwise for the most part I agree except most cannot afford an unearthly head coach let alone top US players on TL. Our users don't flip players for years until they can try to move up to higher leagues like other countries.

3 teams in the ML do not have a YS. 2 teams in ML don't have enough players to play in Junior ML/A where coaches can provide the best skills estimate. ML teams should easily be able to afford the carrying cost of a YS.

I would add that SkTables is VERY underutilized by our users and could be helpful. I have seen lots of players sell for A LOT that are verified <3.5 talent or at least kept from being sacked and trained by foreign users. Not only would it create more staying power for lower sum skill players with good talent but it will also create an archive of US players for future reference with youth school talent.

I would consider selling Frederick Selolwane. Jimmy Kay will hit 17 striking within 2-3 weeks so it will be difficult to continue striker training. Right now he is #1 U20 ATT with very good secondary skills.

I think I may open up a USA training forum to include an international network of managers so we can post YS players within weeks of graduating and current trainees available for sale with talent estimations. Anyone interested?
