Thank You so much for Your votes !!!! being a NT coach is a super cool experience. While sokker is only a game the emotions are real !!! Those associated with games of NT are at highest level. Completely different game than club competitions. I wish each one of You passionate sokker degenerates will try it at some point, You definitely should. It is a beautiful experience.

Shortly after taking role of NT coach upon myself a time consuming project irl came up and I wasn't able to dedicate enough time to sokker. I was often "finishing" tactics setting just few seconds before match start. My entire pre-game preparation and tactics set up at this point was under 20 minutes. NT requires more and deserves more.

With this little time invested we had some decent games against stronger opponents. It makes me believe that we do have potential to successfully compete against top 20 in nearest future with a NT coach that has time to dedicate himself to the job.

We do have a fantastic generation of players that are under 25yo. Oswald Taylor and Zeus Woodman are already focal points of Our team, the rest is just a few skills and few experience points away from being at level of Our best 29-31 yo currently.

3 seasons from now Our National Team will be the strongest in many years. Thats why I believe that it is crucial now to invest in Our players and cultivate work that gotten Us to this point.

We can't trust that every one of Our talented players will end up in right hands. For some managers training ends at age of 25, for some at 27, for some training ends at age 29, I remember when people were still training their most talented 30yo's in the past. Different leagues dictate different dynamics and every manager can pick what's the most convenient for them and their interest will not always be aligned with interest of NT.

When we start bidding on Our players it will create a new economy for them, Our juniors will be sought after, making Our YS more profitable. Managers who are already training American players will receive record fees. People will continue to train them longer, knowing that there is a line of potential buyers waiting to spend their money on NT prospect. Our NT will have not only better players but also wider range of skillsets ready for different tactical approach.

I strongly disagree that buying and training 25-27yo is not profitable, it might be, I encourage all of You to check the prices of MIDS and when they are most expensive.

I'm in a strong believe that if we make it a precedent that Our NT coaches need to invest in Our players for a privilege of running USA teams we will end up with a very strong National Team, potentially top 10 in few years a team that will be able to compete against the best in World Cup, perhaps win the medal.

That is my goal to help build a team that will bring World Cup medal home. It will take some time but we will get there.

Thats why as soon as I check if the games thatMr Triglio has sent me are real ill support his candidacy. I believe he is a right candidate to cultivate work started long time ago. A work that will elevate Our NT ranking and Our incomes form training American players. He has committed himself to spending at least 30 million dollars on Our players in next 3 seasons as a buy in. Given he is elected I'm willing to match it and spend another 30 million dollars on American players as my buy in for the season I trained NT.

thanks for the support, remember, I don't have the balances you say, I can currently spend 10/15 million, and in the future I can continue, but I don't know if I'll reach the figure of 30 million euros, I said I'll help with the players, but I can't go into the red, one step at a time.

I think You will like it so much over here that You will end up spending even more on American players, once You see Our prospects. Together we will create great economy for American players and it will become very profitable to train one.

Agree. I decided for now to stop training at age 28 (and in future I hope to decrease this). This is not due to the fact that profit cannot be made - profit can be made at any age with some luck.

The reason is ROI and opportunity cost. Imo players should reach peak before age 28 (I am still discovering the age and of course it depends a little on the player and talent and talent). Midfielders probably take longest.

Is it possible for a mid to be done with training by age 26 ? i.e. 4x17?
What do people strive for? 4x17? 5x17? 5x18?
