First game of Mini World Cup. We are facing an established opponent. We are in good moods before the game, work has been done, our players are in phenomenal form. We are starting a new chapter in our NT history.

I'm very pleased to inform that I'm very happy with quality of the team that I've received. We have a solid team with a lot of talent peaking in next few seasons. Some of our core players are also in their 30's, offering much needed experience.

USA - Scotland 2:5

Game against Scotland gives us much foundation to work with. While the final score is not appealing, we were able to execute many of our tactical ideas during the game, we are very pleased with that.

We did make mistakes, one was bad judgement and positioning of our defensive line in first half, we also have lost the battle of the midfield. Butch Dixon gave everything he had, however central midfield is not optimal position for him at an international level. Positioning Warren Garfield on the side also turned out to be a mistake, he will be much more useful in center of the field, where he played in second half and our game looked much better.

We are going to study our game, make adjustments and come back better.

Boo is back in USA NT, we are expecting him to perform in halloween season

First victory. Our offensive line looked very well in first half, we were able to move the ball around, seeking a pocket in opponents defensive line. In second half we introduced two substitutes and experimented with different tactic.

Our defense looked much better in second half, when we dropped a little deeper. Australia wasn't able to send as many through balls anymore. Unfortunately as we subbed out our best passers, we weren't able to create as many successful offensive plays.

We did miss on the height of our offensive line in crucial areas, however our positioning and quality in midfield during first half (especially) were enough to carry us through out the game.

Midfield is the area where we need biggest improvements tactically.

Last week we beat U21 6-0. Even if the opponents are weak, surprises can happen very often in sokker.

Result itself is great. Our game was okayish until red card. We would have manage to win anyways, I believe, but it wasn't what I expected. I still need to adjust to international football. Certain things just work differently at this level, compared to ML.

We do lack depth, and once again subs are slowing us down, but are much needed to get a better sense of players ability at certain form/skill/td level.

We qualify to winners bracket and that is where we belong. We are anticipating games against stronger opponents now. We will be trying out new formations. While MWC is a practice run for Us, We can't afford to lose against lower rank teams.

Today Oswald Tyler was phenomenal, so were Our starting strikers. We are excited to face next opponents in competition.

It's the most positive thing I've seen in America. Great importance is given to training strikers.

Yes, our up and coming Youth looks fantastic. In 2-3 seasons we will have very strong defensive line and front line. I'm only concerned with our midfield. We need to put a high emphasis on training our midfield. We lack actual winger, Mesko and Fregosi are our only playmakers right now, Avren has low form, Oswald Tyler is a Swiss army knife, but will be top notch in 2 seasons, when we qualify to WC.

I just rewatched the game and I liked it much better than first time around. It looked like we are in control and about to make something happen, which we did.
