I am more than happy to move forward in peace, that was my intention from the very beginning.

I am willing to take some time and put together a very long post on association forum where I am going to express my point of view and address the issues we had up to this point in a civilized way and everyone is welcomed to join the discussion and express their opinion in that topic.

If I am not understood by the end of the debate over there, then I will just continue to enjoy this game radio silent.

If I am understood and we are all on the same page I will continue to help building strong USA NT and u21 and I truly believe we can settle this situation once for all, move forward, enjoy sokker and kick ass.

Hello there, this is Omur of Spain Trialists VII, submitting my candidacy for the position of the Senior National Team coach.

My outlook on soccer underlines the importance of pursuing entertainment in the hunt for results, and I've developed several solutions for that and tested them in the strongest league system in the game. My plans will charm you with their intricacy and what they make the team do.

I routinely call upon tactics common in actual soccer but unseeen here, like fluidity, overloading, wingbacks, overlaps, facultative roles, luring out of position, containment or pressing. I have plenty of experience with the adventurous game so I won't have qualms about contesting the proposition that you have to gravitate toward a nominal back line of five on the national level. I plan the set pieces consciously.

I speak several languages, including the difficult one most prevalent in Sokker.

When it comes to club interactions I would like to point out that the road newcomer clubs face is long and arduous and that the well-to-do can think of ways to identify reliable fresh American clubs and help them contribute to the player-nurturing potential of the nation sooner. This embodies the spirit of the drafting order.

Drawbacks: I probably won't be subscribing, so occassionally I might need someone who does to record a league game for me.

My rebuttal to the new candidate..

First of of all welcome, and thanks for your interest....

But as you all know.. I have over 15 years of experience.. Multiple undefeated ML championships.. Tactics have always been my specialty.. And in this very short second tenure, I have managed to win our US open cup.. purely with my tactical expertise.. I have NT and U21 experience.. all back in the day when we had many many more users... I am also a subscriber ;)
so I only need your support!

As everyone knows.. I am a big believer in giving our local coaches first chance for these opportunities.. and will continue to do so if any of you ever decide you would like to coach.. I ask that you give me the same courtesy.. Either way.. I respect your vote! It's just hard to believe there is a better suited candidate for this situation..

I promise I will not let our country down.. I am one of the best tacticians this game has ever seen.. And I stand by that!

That's my resume.. It's up to you all.. another semi new polish coach that hasn't won much of anything... Or a local US based coach that only speaks english..

In Poland we have many talented coaches, but I do not associate Omur. He does not participate in our forum or associate it with running any representation (but I could be wrong). I think Blue you should get a chance, besides, all the votes are cast for you right now, so you should win this election without a problem. Besides, I think that such important representations should be reported at the beginning of the election, because of course everyone has the right to run, but if someone is seriously interested in representation, he should do it at the beginning of the election, this is of course my opinion.
Omur there are still many representations without any candidate, try your hand at some smaller representation, I will watch you and cheer you on.

I receive your welcoming statement with the utmost respect, I like you a lot, we played a friendly the other round, and I certainly refuse to be locking horns on silly grounds like how much water under the bridge who has.

This election is about the forthcoming games, the ones that are to be crafted and played and decided, about the here and now and the future. About the inventiveness, the drive, the passion - about putting a spin on the development of the potential of the community, which is a constant process, because there may be players coming and going. And I'm saying the game is a little harsh on newcomers on many levels.

Dziękuję, Adivipie, trochę zapomniałem o tym że są wybory, bo oczywiście prasówka milczy, ale nic straconego. Uważam, że tu jest moje naturalne środowisko, bo lubię i umiem się bawić z Amerykanami. Nie w tym sezonie to w kolejnych.

Thank You for Your interest. You bring up a lot of interesting points.

You have introduced some quite advanced concepts of the game, some of which we might not be ready for yet, because of the current quality of Our players, some might be difficult to implement efficiently on international level.

I really like Your approach and I believe that a vast chunk of Your ideas should be at least considered.

I find a lot of value in Your analytics, concept of growth and team/ player management ideas.

The way You bring up, discuss and articulate Your theories can benefit Our entire community; especially when clashed with other analytically inclined managers.

Please stay with Us, continue doing what You are doing and most importantly please invest in USA players. We need to ensure that no USA talent is wasted.

Paradiseky, I'm very happy you are reading into what I intend to suggest.

I'd like to assure everyone that the quality of the players on the pitch is no object for the tactical approaches I champion. Even my paltry youth team can (and have) make two back-to-back promotions using these, in the 2 seasons for which they existed.

The elections are over and we have a winner.
