Perhaps you should be less picky, I've had plenty of players that came in as weak or average and came out as (or are on their way of becoming) very good or higher...

Ouch. Your luck will turn around.

My number "in the school" has been declining, I've been getting trash juniors every week.

Is it possible that's deliberately coded for?

Yea, same here Lakay. At one point i had 25-30 in the school, since then i've had one maybe 2 players i've kept and even they were just adequate skilled

I keep long-term additions a week or two if they come in as weak to see if I can get them to pop right away. That has worked a few times.

that blows... getting a keeper out of talented youth pull is by far the most upsetting thing ever

and he is 20 years old.... Still should bring decent money though.
