What kind of skill levels do you guys want for the U21?

The main problem for a small nation is the quantity of the players..
Maybe Fleming won't be a first choice but in case of injuries/bad form for the best strikers he will be chance to play

for example at the moment we have only 2 good strikers @21 years ( Dominic Bradley
Isaac Hatfield ) the others are all youngers

Is there a way for me to see the current NT, junior NT rosters to see skills?

There is a database but you need the Login and it is reserved for NT staff :-)
If you want to get an idea of the skills of the attackers I can tell you that
the sum of [pace + technique + attacker ] for these ages are good

18y : 24-25 points
19y : 28-29 points
20y : 32-33 points
21y : 35-36 points
