home match every week - this is not true. somehow this season i have weeks with 2 home games and weeks with 2 away games. it is weird
Sebek, my entire squad is US only so I look at the US transfer forums almost every day but no one has posted there in 6 months.
I looked in this thread rarely and I see two transfer ads. So tell me what is the point of an entire forum if people just post relevant shit (that I am looking for) in the wrong area?
You are right, I believe you can post whatever/wherever but if the person they are reaching out to (me) can't find it, what is the point.

Sebek, that's because you've been around - looks like - six seasons longer than I am, you clearly get far more in sponsor money than I do. I get garbage.
My sponsor money doesn't even cover my existing coaching staff - because I'm committed to training a future team that's going to win the ML down the line. Brilliant/Incredible coaches aren't cheap. I actually run at a deficit of about 160k a week after sponsor update. This is why I've been dumping all of my money into my stadium instead of better older players. I barely tread water now, and because my 19 year olds all need pace training, I don't anticipate having anyone meaningful to sell this season.
As far as coaching Israel U21, I simply wanted another challenge - and I think norbert's doing a great job. Especially since, at the time, promotion seemed a guarantee this season unless I had a rash of injuries. Then Seimborg went and blew his wad on a bunch of really good senior players, so, that'll be tough.
As far as Senior NT, it's a different game than with kids - I never considered running anywhere for Senior NT. I just looked for teams that had average to bad results, and a manager who wasn't a native. Decided on Israel.

I have a filter set for American players - but I still agree with your point.
Just seems to be this is a youth roll call thread, not a youth roll call and transfers forum.

Wrxtuan - your entire squad being just American players does not do US any favor. You are wasting most of them. 10 max can be trained

Lately, the juniors that came to the school were quite bad… 17, 18 year old at very low levels. Today I got 1 unsatisfactory 18 y old with 20 weeks to go…only 1 junior and I have 30 places in the school and only 14 juniors…

that's new. It used to be capped at 20 places, way back when.
Guys, let's not waste money. If we have 14 juniors in the school, let's set 20 places before Saturday's update, because every Saturday only 1 to 6 juniors can join our junior school, no more.
Timothy Nixon 16 GK came out good (+1 in 2 wks)
unsatisfactory [2] stamina poor [3] keeper
average [5] pace tragic [0] defender
tragic [0] technique tragic [0] playmaker
adequate [6] passing hopeless [1] striker
Not sure if I am selling or selling a different GK since this would make 3 GK trainees
