his YS skill is uncalculatable. in 7 weeks he went 5-7-9-7-9-6-9.

so in 7 weeks he went from 5->9. I'm gonna train him for a couple weeks with my midfielders, since i have an open spot, and see what his talent looks like.

The magical youth coach is simply magical at pulling estimations out of his ass. I'm seeing no useful progress in any but ONE of my kids since I started this school.

I don't think I could get 10k for Keiffer and I spent more than that on his training. I have a Brilliant YS coach... cause I've been to lazy to find an affordable magical one and my talents evaluations are all over the place. In the (VERY) old system, you knew your players exact talent. This whole up and down and up and down 2-4 levels thing is not exciting, its tiring.

The Youth School needs major reform. Playing in the games provides little to no benefit beyond seeing what position they will likely come out as. Spending 50k a week only to have no control over what my youths are training is ludacris.
