I don't see anything saying height wasn't a factor.. and it wasn't part of the BMI talk.. it was already part of the game.. & that was something i liked about how greg ran the game.. its more fun learning thru observation and experience, than having everything spelled out. just my opinion.

Well the key is he was 16. You knew his talent would be somewhere in the mid 3's, too. You can work with a lot at age 16 unless it's really late in the season.

More and more I like the idea I read in one of the forums that ties the highest level a junior came come out with to their age.

18 and below could come out up to excellent in a skill.
19 year olds can come out with a formidable.
20 year olds came come out with an outstanding
21 year olds can come out with an incredible.

And increasing the points a little with each age. A magical 20year old has a couple more points to disperse than a magical 19 year old.

It would add so much to youth schools. The shorter seasons are making good youth so much more expensive.
