Anyone get lucky with the recruits and age update? Hopefully islander ended the drought.
Fortunately I got 4 16 yo today. 2 are adequate with 16 or 24 weeks in academy. SKtables now says I have 7 rated as “A” with 2 potential super talents.
Last season the same thing happened and looks like they are 4+ talent. Hopefully I get lucky this time around

My decision is made. School is closing in a month, once Corky Hartnett graduates. He's not even going to valuable to sell as he's 19 now, but he appears to have something resembling talent.
Rest of my guys are either garbage, or will come out at 20.

Regole per il ritiro degli allenatori:
• Il rischio che venga annunciato il ritiro si presenta quando l'allenatore compie 60 anni
• A questa età (60 anni), il rischio di prendere questa decisione è molto basso, ma aumenta con il passare delle stagioni, e la possibilità di continuare dopo gli 85 o i 90 anni è già bassa.
• La decisione di ritirarsi sarà influenzata dai risultati ottenuti.
• Se il tuo allenatore ha successo - sulla base del raggiungimento delle aspettative della stagione - sarà meno probabile che si ritiri.
• Se, d'altra parte, la stagione viene valutata come un completo fallimento - l'allenatore sarà scoraggiato dall'accettare ulteriori sfide ed è più probabile che si ritiri.

Rules for coaches' retirement:
• The risk of announcing the decision to retire will occur when a coach turns 60.
• At this age (60), the risk of such a decision is very small but it increases with each passing season, and the chance of continuing after 85 or 90 will already be slim.
• The decision to retire will also be influenced by the measure of success achieved.
• If your coach is successful - as measured by meeting season expectations - he will be less likely to leave.
• If, on the other hand, the season is judged a complete failure - the coach may be discouraged from taking on further challenges and more likely to retire.
• Information about retirement, will appear in an announcement in the Pressroom on the first Saturday of the new season - a dedicated notice to any coach who makes this decision.
• In the last week of the season in the Pressroom, there will also be an info confirming the retirement of the coach.
• Coaches who announce their retirement will no longer be put on the transfer list - neither after being fired by the user nor after retirement.

actually I am a fan of strikers with decent playmaking and 0 stamina is great so I am happy with him. Of course I wish his pace were 10 :P but oh well. His talent according to SA is 3.39 so I will be training him.
this season i have 3 juniors coming out - as of now they have 2.33, 3.31, 3.07 talents so i will be in a big pickle as to whom to sell
any of them coming out 17?
