The team that bought your player was literally founded yesterday.
He spent all 500k of his money on this player.
He must've had no idea what he was doing, and begged for it to be reversed.

Tyler and wilder look great. Hopefully you get lucky on skill distribution on your 18 year olds
I'm really not sure it makes sense for you to have a youth school in B league.
You can't possibly afford a trainer worth even considering having a school.
Maybe just for the sake of getting 16 year olds and hope you win the RNG lottery, but that's it. Still, how are you going to have the money to develop your team coaching staff wise?

I’m going to have to agree with islander. Youth school is very expensive since you need a brilliant or better trainer. This leaves you with nearly no cash to make transfers, improve your stadium, or have a decent head trainer.
It looks like you still have your original starting team and haven’t many transfers. Unless you are able to make it out of B league YS will quickly become too expensive.
Most new users follow this strategy:
1. Sack your original team overtime (or immediately)
2. Hire the best head trainer you can afford (make sure they are unearthly in the skill you are trying to train)(pace is the most important in young players)
3. Fill your team with 16-20 yo on the transfer market you can afford (if you are not sure who is good they should have a bid or two)
4. Train those players and sell for a profit
5. Use profit from sales to expand stadium
6. Use ticket income from higher league and larger stadium to support player/coach salaries
7. Open youth school
Looks like you have some decent youths so I wouldn’t close down your academy but I would consider scaling down to improve your finances and focus on getting into A league and better senior trainees
