As a new player I have 11, but I may be holding to many. So I am going to list mine and ask for you help if I should keep any. (Slowly but surely approaching the red so looking to cut costs)

Mac Franklin might be the only one you'd want to cut. If you have more info on him, such as how long he takes to go up a level, or how close he is to adequate, he may be worth keeping too.

Being close to the red isn't too bad as long as your losing money slowly.


I managed another one at good - 28 weeks. Other than him they were ugly, a tragic and 3 poors.

Overall I'm at 25 juniors with an average level of solid.
