why coaches are retiring at 66 years old ?
I saw 80+ years old ( not sure it was coaches or players ) in this game last season

Coaches start becoming eligible for retirement at age 60, and the probability of retiring increases with age. However, since it's a probability and not a certainty, some coaches can remain in the game even at very old ages.

Great player but imo he's still a keeper, it would take a lot longer to get his outfield skills up. As a keeper he will become your NT keeper u21 and full NT.

May as well just lean into your role of USA NT GK provider

I would much rather have outfield players than GKs

Got 3 GK actively in my YS. Zirbel could have been better than Vallow but has 6.0 talent. Came in YS as a good 16 yo week 0. I think Vallow was adequate week 1 at 16.

Too bad GKs are now worth very little after the update

Definitely that edited range. Worst case he's looking at 5, but I just can't see it. 36 wing skills at mid 18 is impressive. Fantastic talent there.
