train him or transferlist him..
2006-07-20 17:01:13
Yeah, he would be great for a full time PM trainer. I cross train pace and PM, it would take forever just to get him in the adeq-solid range.
2006-07-20 18:02:01
This guy was a formidable pull. I might train him a bit in pace. Or could I get a decent price on the market?

vondocha isn't right there most likely.

I'd actually play a good bit less for a 19 year old than a 18 year old fi only one stat had increased one point.

Edit: Of course, i think jonandabby's estimate was probably a bit low, too. he smells talented at 18 with those stats so could go up to what vondocha suggested at 18. 19 i'd say 300k at most.

it would be two pops (vg. and then ex.)
but i do agree with you don't think that guy would go for 450k
2006-07-20 19:00:41
Right, sorry lol. i play too many games and just got this confused with hattrick.

MIDFIELD is KING. Oops, got confused again damnit. :)

Maybe if I was lucky he would random pop in a couple of stats. Maybe go to excellent defender to match his excellent pace. I think he would look pretty attractive then.
2006-07-20 19:41:31
Here's the thing. At 18 with those stats he could be pretty talented. If he is, he'll get way more than 2 pops in a whole season. 3 in the main stat at least if you focus on one thing, and 3-4 random pops as well.

So if he only had 2 pops, he wouldn't look talented so wouldn't be worth that much imho. But if he had 6-7 pops, that's another story entirely, he'll still look appropriately talented as a 19.
2006-07-20 19:43:32
I got ya. Problem is, it is the end of the season. I believe that the market is probably low right now and also would hate it if he randomly popped in defense in his first week with a new club :(
2006-07-20 19:51:27
You've got to get him at least a little bit of passing....

In hindsight, my $250k was probably too low. $400k is a better guess.
