I have a yp 3 weeks comes out high formidable or low outstanding. If he is not a big timer I stop investing in YP......

Stop investing in YP would be a big mistake. Raise your standards to "very good" coming out or even excellent but don't stop investing.

adequates and goods have been worthless for me, solid is a gamble.

I just had a very good come out. He was very crappy.

What do you have for youth coach?

I have a theory that youth coach general appraisal boost the skills when the youths come out of the school:

Very good with a brilliant coach >> (much better) than a Very good with an excellent coach.

This is why I'm looking to go from a Brilliant coach to an unearthly one.

don't be TOO down on catlett. He's a very nice striker trainee. A lot of people like defense on a striker. Yes he's disappointing, but i bet you can get a good 600k for him on the market.

The other guy is not nearly as good.

I could turn catlett into a pretty decent striker.
