how often was he going up in youth squad... if he's even sort of talented id buy him too

between 3 and 4 weeks for an evaluation level up

I'd take him - I train defending and pace.

Players who are pulled average 40% of what their valuation is...

Hence if he is very good (9), he should be 5.4 -> between average and adequate. That's what this guy is based on his skills.

I have put a bid on him. He is probably fairly talented and is only 16. I train strikers, but currently I am training them in pace and technique. With a few levels of those, he would be a nice looking midder trainee that I could resell :)
