I asked this question to one one candiate might as well to all.:
Last season, Lakay changed up the line up a lot, trying out many diffrent players in diffrent games.
Do you think that was a mistake, and would you stick to one line-up or change up every game seeing how players do?

That was easy for you as an assistant, the American public wasn't booing you.
I'm talking about things like, "Seca says my tactics are good". Glad to know that if your elected that Seca will be supervising the tactics of the American squad along with his native Canadian team.
or
"that looks good, let me try it" Heaven forbid what this could lead too.
Your always trying to beat jarhead in the jarhead thread. You also made a copy cat thread after Lakay gave us an update on his future super striker.
I don't see leadership.

I would try to change the lineup every game and tryout new players in every position just to see how they do.
I like giving players a chance to play in the NT :)

First off, (@ all) stop bumping! rar.
Secondly, congrats on running for the job vondocha. You have a strong background in NT involvement, and being a domestic candidate, have some of the xenophobes on your side ;] Whenever i've seen you posting its had some sort of relaxed nature about it with a bit of humour, i believe these are essential for NT coach in the communication department.
So the question...
Say you come up against a team that is of similar strength to the USA (Argentina for this example), would you be tending towards..
(a) keeping the USA's strongest players for the match, or would you...
(b) play players that reduce USA's past strengths, but exploit the weaknesses of Argentina?
An a or b answer with a short/long explanation would be sweet. Thanks!
Also, if you wish to abuse me at any point for asking questions for a foreign country NT, my GB is wide open =p

I think the last match of yours I saw was the qualifier against Cosmos a season ago. It's been a while since we talked tactics. :)
I'm a little uncomfortable that a comment made in a casual conversation is being construed as an endorsement. :)
For what it's worth (arguably not that much - I can find some creative ways to lose :D), Vondocha does (IMO) make solid tactics free of noobish mistakes, and has some creative ideas.
With the maturity of Sokker, that description also applies to most NT managers out there (and to most candidates in this election). More and more (again, IMO) being an NT manager is about situational decision making - determining the optimal approach to take in a particular circumstance. I really can't comment on whether or not Vondocha has these skills. :D
