islander1 [del] para Todos
another blown season, I'm not sure Philly fans enjoyed that massacre more then this Giants fan did :)

wanna bet on that? :)

Starbucks girl was a Philly fan but didn't understand why Giants fans were so glad to see them win.
The Cowboys are like the one thing the rest of the NFC East fans agree to hate on.
2008-12-29 16:19:57
we hate you too, islander.
2008-12-29 16:54:08
not nearly as much as the Cowboys I'm pretty sure.
2008-12-29 17:00:57
we don't play you as often.

Too bad for the PAts, but i'm afraid this will be the MAnnings BOWL. I don't believe in the Titans, The only team who can stop the Colts are the Chargers That i believe is the only team able to beat the Colts in the Playoffs in the past few seasons. AfC conference Final Will be good. I like Baltimore.

Philly believe it in, while the Cowboys did the usual thing.^_^

I like Atlanta in the NFC, i haven't seen the matchups yet, so'i'm not sure who will play who!!!^_^

Philly plays Minnesota
Atlanta will destroy the Cardinals most likely.

As a Giants fan, I'm cautiously optimistic but really, we are beatable now. As big a tool asPlaxico was acting this season, we definitely miss him inside the 20 now. We're a team a lot like the Patriots before they had Randy Moss. A great team without a #1 WR.

the only bad thing about this NFL season is that

the best offensive team is not in the playoffs!!!
(due to horrible defense, bad kicker, way too many injuries and yeah surprisingly the strongest division in all of the football!)

WHO DAT!

i'd love to play the giants in week 2 of tha playoffs. Of course that means we win in week 1 :)

Our offense and Minnesota's defense matches up well in our favor...

They played better then I thought they would. The Giants didn't start mailing it in until the second half. Even then, Carney missed a field goal (albeit pretty long) that would have won it anyway.

I always thought David Carr was a great insurance policy.

Well the Giants lost 3 of the last 4, and the one that they WIN, was because of a missed field goal in the last seconds. So it is a different scenario from last season, where they got carry with a good form, all the way from december through february.

Philly is definetely unpredictable, could lose or Win any games. I'm not a Fan of the Panthers, and as i say i like Atlanta to go all the way though the NFC final.

On the AFC side: Colt@Chargers will be a good first playoff game, who will play Pittsburg, and this will best match up of the Division final. For some reasons i think Baltimore will walk trough the Playoffs, with the Dolphins and then the Titans........

As i said this will be most likely be the Mannings Bowl, and all the Media Specials that will talk about in the 2 weeks before the SB!!!!

just my 2 cents

The Giants had a brutal schedule honestly, it was easy early but it was nothing but winning record teams the last 10 or 11 games. I'm not worried about the fact they've lost 3 of their last 4. In each case the desire to win was stronger for the opponent because they, unlike the Giants, had something to gain.

My concern with the Giants defense was run stopping...but they sure teed off on Adrian peterson. He had one break through run, but the other 15 carries or whatever he got like 2 yards a carry.
