What places are worth visiting that are not "touristic". I have lived here for 4 years already, in the Bay Area, Know Hawaii, Vegas, LA, Seattle, All the bay area, San Diego, Seattle, NY.

I was thinking some place not in the west or east coast, and neither Texas.

Also would love not to get shot since I am latin :P

Cheers

if you have never been to the Grand Canyon, you can not begin to imagine how beautiful it is.
right in that area you have the Grand Canyon, Petrified Forest, Painted Desert...then up in Utah..Arches National Park. then a little to the west is Las Vagas. About 16 hour drive north to Grand Teton and Yellowstone.
this area of our country will amaze you.
enjoy your trip

lol @ passport.

Yeah i haven't been to the Grand Canyon or to the Petrified Forest, but i will.

I am just looking for a place that is not well known or does not have such popularity. Someplace that is not present in the usual postcards of a hostel.

Cisco is the name of Lone Ranger's Sidekick, or something.
2010-05-11 16:02:30
Tonto ... not Cisco ... The Cisco Kid had a sidekick named Pancho.

Then there's Red Rider .. and his sidekick 'Little Beaver'. Nuff said.
