i'm thinking of getting a new phone, possibly a droid. I know the iphone doesn't have flash support, but do any of you guys know if you can view the match player on the android 2.1 os??

The match player starts up, but does not get past the loading screen with the line-up of players. At least for me.

Is it Android 2.1 and how fast CPU it has?

PS.
I have Samsung Galaxy S phone and I can watch matches but the animation speed is around 12FPS with the sound.

I have exactly that model of the Galaxy S, but for the FroYo on it you will wait till the end of the year :(
2010-08-21 03:27:46
really? i heard late september was when they were pushing out froyo for the galaxy s phones.. i'm not due for an upgrade for another month tho, i'm just not sure i want to get an iphone haha

True, September is dated for FroYo for the Galaxy S, but EU. We need to wait for AT&T version :\ Here you have useful forum.

BTW. I had a chance to switch to iP4 but after some research and manual tests decided to get Captivate (rooted + leaked FroYo + NAND hack = 3 times faster then iP4)

yeah it is 1.7. i hope i can't get an upgrade on the firmware this fall....
