and how about a coach...i can choose between 3 new ones to replace the two shitty 4.0's i have now. Do i need to have a 20 on the things i will train?

This is a nice aspect of UM, you can train whatever you want. You are limited to 11 trainees but you can train them in anything you want.

So, I would suggest to start. Set up a training scheme according to a coach you like. A low cost coach with a couple high abilities, preferably with skills that go together.

There is no right or wrong way here

i think your coach can only have 3 skills above 15. so you want one thats all 15s and higher in the few skills you plan on doing mostly. training with lvl15 isnt too shabby

Trainings and my coach has 20 in tackle

My 21yo striker took 5 trainings to 14 shooting with a lvl 15 coach :P

Somebody challenge me

I just started - I let my team "bot" out it's last few games to start this new season, a bit late though, missed game 1 but we were victorious! I was going to challenge you Dagwood to friendly today but I was once again a bit late on trying to do that. Only move so far- bought a coach!
Thanks to all for this thread, reading some of it led me to try it out since it has good reviews within the thread. I'll use it as my guide for getting going.
If anyone would like to help me jump start my team with a few tips that would be awesome!
