0.2 is average, 0.275-0.3 is the best.

my team is looking scarier now that my trainees are getting over the 6.0 eval mark =D

and they are hard 6s (about 3x10 primary skills), not the bs eval boost from unnecessary keeper secondary 6s you see in most 24+yos on the TL

ive got a keeper ending in 3 hours on the TL sitting at $1040, he took 4 trainings from 10 to 11 keeper someone should pick him up, definite US NT future possibility
