i think a lot of people just browse the 'ongoing' list, but players dont appear there until someone bids on that player from the 'on sale' list or just refined transfer search

You guys may want to check your Trainer page.... I don't know how, but my Trainer has taken off. I don't recall firing him, so I am now going to go into the handbook to see if I can figure out why I've lost him.

•Each trainer is a candidate for recruitment for a period of weeks ranging between 6 to 36 (random) and the contract will never be extended;

you should read the rest of the rules as well so you dont get blindsided by things like this =D

I never really worried about the trainer leaving until I hired one without looking at his contract length. 8 weeks is still not bad as long as I know he's leaving, but my other one has been around since the beginning of the new trainer system.
