it does suck. but after you commit over a year towards building a player, it's kinda hard just to let it go, when all you need to do is spend 5 minutes a day touching base with your teammates and managing your training schedule.

so i'm waiting for my manager to fix my contract renewal. He didn't log in for 2 days then sent me a 3-year contract that i will not accept (2 max).

I'm not training in the meanwhile.

Should i join some bot temporarily? Is there a way i can join something to be able to do at least personal training?

join an amatuer team. if you go to nation --> cities, and look at the verybottom, their is a button to join 'amateurs'. that will let you train at least.
