no problem i vote for who i see as the best coach not to discredit dave he is great
I've put my head up.
Last vote I ended up with one. Now I hope to get a 100% increase and get 2 votes!
Other than that I am not a very serious candidate. ;)

I mustnt have been nominated at that stage. So you probably want to reconsider because I am a far better manager. 3-1 over england people! Damn it.
Out of interest what's going to happen when Sydney lose tomorrow night Schmick? I can't wait to see 'Frank's' posts then.
i'm wondering to how many votes i have got,but honestly i think it's only 1. Anyway i'm waiting other questions!!!

what do you think of the online databases other NTs have, and is it in your plans to eventually set one up?
No doubt it makes things easier for the NT manager and saves a lot of time that they can then focus on other things and might look slightly more attractive but I'm not really a fan of it.
I prefer to have 100% (or as close to as possible) control over who sees what and how much and the online databases you just don't know whats happening, where the data is going etc. Another reason I doubt you'll see myself move to those is that if something should happen to the database it's from my own end, and I can't then have the excuse of blaming anyone else for it.
The database I've got isn't a world beater, but it does the trick, I know exactly how to use it and extract the information I want. I intend to make a few alterations to make it even more user friendly for future managers although I find it un-necessary but just something to make it look something better than what it is currently. I think the major factor is whether the manager needs to make things simpler for themselves.
So the answer for the 2nd part is no I don't intend to have an online database, or use another online database already there.
I don't have problems with others using online databases either, I'm just a pretty cautious person. (That's if you didn't already know :p)

i can't answer you all my friendly match now!!:)))anyway,Australia will play against similar or better teams that are not qualified..some example:
Belarus,Russia,Colombia,Osterrich etc..
To gain ranking points, you need to do exactly what borkos says...win 90% of your games. Which means playing weaker teams. If you know how the points system works (the same as the rankings) you will realise this, and realise the idea score:rank difference ratio to gain points

like to play very offencive & spectacular, you should see my last match if you're looking for an example
Im not sure about this being a very offensive tactic. I would consider the final tactic against Colombia a very offensive tactic
The tactics you chose to change I was actually very suprised at.
I thought all those tactics were very good for who they were playing. a draw against a much better team and that tactic against new zealand really threw seca off and proved to work quite well, even if we couldnt put away our shots.
I thank you for your answers, and I am just being picky. I do like the other answers to other questions in this topic, but as I am more a tactical manager then anything, I felt it better to comment on these questions more
