the defenders weren't B players and neither was the keeper but everything else was so it wasn't a complete B team as such. Aim was to make you struggle for any territory and then the shots were always going to come. The back 2 with 1 dm against my 3 strikers made it easier for me though. You're not the only team to have trouble getting down the other end and I doubt you'll be the last. Also helps that Bowen and Majurovski have been trained now for a few seasons.

Haha Majurovski is only SI and considering his tech vs pace I'm really not surprised :p.

More proof that I badly need to adjust my tactic for my friendlies. The current guys don't have the pace or stamina to pull this tactic off. Work is pretty brutal at the moment though, so I don't know when that adjustment will happen.

That's a cruel way to go out, but them's the breaks.

The final round will be exciting. We'll have to do all we can to get into the top 3 to avoid ACTAS in the semis. Disappointing draw but a wicked 11 for me. [;)]

I'd still think QLD are just as strong on paper, we got a lucky distribution of matches against them which allowed us to beat them. Had it have been

It could very well have ended 4 - 1 to QLD. Good thing it didn't ;).
