true but going too defensive might not give us the draw but would guarantee us at best a draw, where as slightly more aggressive might give them better chances to score but also gives us a chance to score so there needs to be some sort of mix between too defensive and too far upfield.

Oh well, it's the second time in four weeks we've squared off against a Number 2 side, and the result isn't really all that bad, given the players we have, and the strength of the opposition.

Another thing was that we thought they'd go in with two wingers because our defence over the previous games wasn't really all that wide, so I stuck those two DMs out there, and they went with a narrow offence. It was a matter of tactics really.

Anyway, the friendly against Denmark is set, any thoughts? I think we can steal this one, to be honest, considering they only beat New Zealand 3-0. :P

I think it is possible, possibly a bit of a challenge but hey it should be fun! and while we r on the topic of friendlies... why not make a friendly against NZ in the next available time slot :P
