Hindsight is a wonderful thing. We're in total opposite positions from 2 weeks ago. Was 0 -0 that game as well but you came up trumps in the 2nd half.

Thanks for everyones congratulations, I was so thrilled when I noticed we had won. I tried to be more careful in central midfield in this game and so opted for Baveas which turned out to be a good selection.

I thought North played quite well when he came on as well with a few nice crosses which didn't end up as goals but created scoring chances.

Was a bit concerned early on though with the amount of chances Norge got but didn't convert, but in the end that doesn't mean much as we were able to create chances of our own and we took them.

That should really assist us to qualifying now. Now to make sure we clean up Malta and Hellas over the next fortnight. Had a bit of a hiccup against Hellas which we were able to overcome but I'll be looking to rectify and hopefully we get some goal advantage over the coming weeks.

Of course Baveas was a good selection. Does that mean you might play him a little more regularly now? ;-) Nice result well done cometer.

Well done cometer. We were a bit lucky early on, but after the first goal it was all green and gold! I get the feeling it would've been a different score-line had Michelson been in better form.

Just one qualm which I'll PM you, but aside from that it was a comprehensive win against a better team, so you can't be unhappy about that!

They seemed to dominate in the first 30-40 mins of the game.. but as soon as we scored that first goal we seemed to take control of the game. I'm sure we are all incredibly pleased about this result - well at least all Australians :P

Absolute pasting.

All the forwards were pretty hungry for it, but you had to be impressed with Augerinos finishing 7 of 12 (taking as many shots in the 2nd half as Hrehoresin had in the full 90)

Haha, I'm more impressed with the 61 rating and the fact the team won 12 - 0. Augerinos has always been a good finisher, although most of the work was constructed by Widera and Baveas and made things so much easier for our strikers.
