That's one thing I didn't do last term that worked well the season before, so I brought it back :).

I'm in the process of thinking whether or not to include user participation in the NT and various ways that could be done.

Things that come to mind might be tactical advisors, scouts for various positions & regions etc. In the case of scouts, it would be for talent playing in foreign countries and I would still be responsible for a large share, but spread it out across a few others to maximise potential players that might otherwise avoid being noticed.

Do people feel this is a good idea or not?
I'll wait for some responses and then if the general consensus is that it is, I'll go a step further and look at ways in which this can be achieved and who is interested in certain minor roles.

Sounds good. Spread not only the workload but also the responsibility to making australia a small but great NT.

If we have enough active scouts, we can scan much of the sokker community looking for players that have floated off the radar

I'll check my transfer data from last season when I get home. I think I might know the attributes of at least some of the players we have quallifiers against.

Still haven't had a lot of feedback on whether people would like scouts/tactical advisors or not yet. Doesn't necessarily mean if you say yes to this that you are putting your hand up, but I would like a rough gauge of whether people see this as a good or a bad idea for our NT and then I'll take it from there.

Think I've had about 1 or 2 responses to the earlier post of this, so far in the forum.

I'm not keen on seeing another term as manager for our National Team from a guy who can't even count.

Haha really, last I knew I could count, counting wasn't the issue there.
