I don't think it's a counting problem, it's the taking this long to realize what he actually was referring to lol.

Some people are very picky on things :p.

Scouts etc are only ever going to be as useful as you make it cometer.

If you think you aren't or can't cover all the bases scouting for Australians then ask for help and I'm sure people will put their hands up. If you're already covering things then adding more people isn't necesary.

If your goal is just to get more people interested in the NT and/or giving some other users some experience of the NT Manager position (so we have more Australian candidates in the future) and you're happy to spend the time required talking to the scouts etc then that's a fair enough reason to include more people as well.

That's an interesting point to take into consideration. Basically the idea was generated for the 2nd point you stated, to try and include more people to get interest up as well as the potential that it then passes experience off to them if they had plans on being an NT manager in the future.

That was why I started out asking the way I did, to get a rough indication of whether people saw this as exactly that and thought that it might be a good idea and if there were any real keen users, from which I can then take the next step.

i would love to help but with exams coming up and having to move house and whatnot after exams, i dare say i'd be more than a bit busy. also going for holidays later in the year, so i might not have decent access to the internet. i'll apply when i'm less busy and have lots of time to spend on the interwebs :)

Unfortunately yes... now I'm going to try copy some of the tactics of the NT's :D

Yeah, everyone can watch anyone's NT game, it's pretty much whatever game you want to watch you can. I'm surprised you didn't know that with the number of seasons you've been around for, but at least you know now ;). Also might help others if they didn't already know they could watch NT matches.

On another note, the tactic for the match against Colombia has been set, they've got a new manager this season so that makes things a little tougher to gauge. Hopefully though the tactic I've prepared allows us to get off to a cracking start to the world cup qualifications, otherwise, it's going to be a rather long and uphill battle from here on.
