I might have to budget some more time for doing the end of season NT goals after that one I think.

been a lot of goals this season so far which has been good to watch.

1st goal for Poland was great. It's in 4th minute, and really worth watching...

I saw them all don't worry. First goal was extremely good, but so were some of the others like the 4th I think in the second half from an absolute mile outside the box. Kind of slaughtered them. Can't believe that was apparently 1 v 2 in that game, looked a pretty poor choice of tactic from Italia lots of long shots from Poland though.

Yup, Italy made a bad decision with placing their defs...didn't cover our winger, and were standing too near the penalty area :)

wonder whether attacking poland is the way. Defending doesn't seem to work too often. Usually just keeps the margin down.

before Willis it was Zdrilic, just ask borkos on that one ;).

Yeah, I'd try some offense if I'd play against Poland :)

I think that your winger were well covered..
You didn't scored neither a goal from that part of the field and all your goals arrived from long shot...
Our mistakes regard the offensive part (MID e ATT) but we didn't expect 5 def...

And sometimes Borkos even played two wingers... down the same side! [:p]

However I come here not to talk about Italy-Polska, but to express my joy for the first match in NT of Gardiner (he even scored a LOL goal O_O :P:P:P)

that was a pretty strange option but back then almost anything on the wing would result in cross -- head -- goal so I think it actually worked out when borkos tried that.
