To be honest I think that Uruguay deserved one goal.
Still, Australia was splendid :) You could try a 451/541 formation com, that would work nice I think - our strikers aren't helping each other anyway ;-)

Willis was not that bad as for only excellent form...really nice assist from GREAT throw in setup - congratz!

And Byers getting 3 goals + Andy and Broxton getting assist...all in my Dream Team ;-)

Pish, i'm not the only instance where you aussies resort to a kiwi to make your team better!

yeah that Willis assist was a bit of a cheeky throw in setup. Was like, not many teams mark this space so lets place him there :p.

Was a pretty good win, wasn't like a 6-1 Colombia demolishion but it was what was required to kick start the campaign. Hrvatska next week is going to be a tough ask but we'll see how we go.

Yeah but having the 2 strikers also allows more chance for finding a gap, which is particularly important against sides like Uruguay who have the potential to sting if you let them do so. We've got a lot of options anyway which is always nice to have :).

True, but in the that particular case you can only blame your own organization for not picking him up :p.

We jumped 3 places in the rankings after that win :). We're now ranked 25th in Sokker and are above New Zealand for the first time in a long while :D.

Hrvatska is going to be a very difficult ask as I'm sure most already know. Already mixing a few ideas up looking for the perfect beverage so hopefully come game time we're ready to take it to them and see if we can get any points. Any suggestions are always welcome preferably by skmail, have had one or two suggestions already from people, and they're in consideration.

Our unofficial world champions title is on the line :p.

Have a tactic almost ready, have one selected in case this isn't quite perfected. Had a late idea and am waiting on some comments from Achmid, so we'll see how we go. Certainly could backfire if used but it's a risk I'm almost willing to take to try and clinch the 3 points. I'd rather 1 3 point win against the 4 games against Brasil and Hrvatska then to have to get 3 draws from 4. I hope this ends up working for us.

Might just add, think it's fairly obvious I'd rather go out and try to win the game then sit back and hope for a miracle draw, so that's what we're doing. As a consequence we could concede a few more goals but I don't think goal difference is going to help us much this season anyway as we have Uruguay as 4th seeds who aren't easy to thump. Would prefer to qualify on points rather than goal difference. That's my approach, so it may look quite odd but I'll explain any questions you may have later. I'm just hoping what I've planned actually works as it's meant to.

Well cutting it fine, but as far as I am aware everything is set.
We believe we have done what the community would most perfer (as cometer stated earlier, with 1 win being better then 3 draws), and if we can do anything like what we did last world cup I will be very happy.
