I've been coach of Italy last season and we had only 2 players with that skills at half season...
And we're speaking about one of the biggest sokker Nation, so I think you have to reduce your expectations if you want to make career ;)

More seriously, if I can do it for defenders why not for midfielders ? (Vanderlest is already double outstanding at 19 + 21 on side skills)

well as for 2x formidable, it is enough to beat other midfielders but not enough to beat U21 defs on the wing, that's what I was implying, because to give an example go watch how often Maras got caught on the wing, when he wasn't really meant to be there anyway.

and, as an interesting thing, I'll tell you that Willis at age od 20 had adequate pace and tech ;)

Yeah we have 100+ users and out of that we have around 20 who I'd consider anywhere near active, so U21's are never going to be as strong as other top nations and hence why I've never been interested in U21 WC's :p.

nah, the goalkeeper only dives if its in reach. Since this was out of the GK's reach he didn't dive :).
