Once again we should have beaten your worst defeat but we didn't convert enough chances. Still a 7-1 win is acceptable.

I strictly remember saying in many skmails about not underestimating South Africa, but it looks like Raul didn't care to listen.

Anyway as long as Poland doesn't cough up against Bosnia as well and Mexico doesn't lose or draw with South Africa we still should be alright, but if this stupidity costs us our spot, I will not be impressed.

Still our u21 should beat Bosna..but...actually who knows, just check todays tactic and you'll know what I mean ;p

I'm calling it here, you go U21 against Bosnia you'll go down, just like you did today. Bosnia beat Canada's 1st XI last seasons qualifications, they're capable of causing problems and against an U21 Poland side you're going to be flirting with losing. Either way it doesn't matter what you do against Bosnia if South Africa manage to get a win against Mexico, we are then having to beat Croatia to qualify. That's not too bad of an issue. The issue is now, Cymru,Slovenija are completely gone, they'll not qualify now (expecting Venezuela to join that list) because South Africa will now finish ahead of them (unless they stuff up against Bosnia). Bulgaria are also staring down the barrel of having the same fate and now basically have to knock over the other top side they're yet to play just to be in with a chance, when before they were sitting in a reasonable but not desirable position.

Anyway, it's not against the rules but it's highly debatable as to whether it's the right thing to do for the competition as a whole and I'm not just talking about Australia here.

Bah tell me more, I know that. Tried to make it at least u21 with SA and u22 with Bosna but Raul decided that his schedule is more important and now we have the result. It's totally unfair imho.

Yeah and now he's getting quite a load of skmails from myself ;).

Good thing we got the draw against Croatia and Brazil now isn't it, we're still in a position where we can control our own fate.

Poland are just playing stupid and it is really just bad for the W/C. Screwing everyone over. I daresay more people would hate them for this.

On another note, Byers ruled, Australia's tactic was named appropriately, langhe's tactic was, obviously, rubbish =p
